Meet Cristian

I grew up in Miami as a Cuban immigrant with one thing drilled into me early: figure it out and make it work. That mindset took me from the back of a rescue truck to the boardroom, and now to building AI systems for business owners who remind me of the people I grew up around.

From the Field to the Boardroom

Five years as a firefighter and paramedic in Miami. Running calls, making decisions under pressure when there was no time to second-guess anything. That taught me how to stay calm when things break, and how to build systems that keep them from breaking in the first place.

From there, I stepped into business operations. As COO of a capital funding company, I helped business owners secure financing and built the operations behind it. That’s where I learned how service businesses actually run — the bottlenecks, the missed opportunities, the things that fall through the cracks when you’re growing faster than your systems can handle.

The AI Turning Point

Then I led go-to-market for an AI company. That cracked everything open. I watched businesses transform when the right system hit at the right time. Changed how I think about growth entirely.

Why This Is Personal

But the real turning point was closer to home. Working alongside my dad in plumbing, I watched what happens to business owners who’ve been doing great work for 15, 20, 25 years but are getting outpaced. Not because their work is bad — their work is excellent. But they’re running on systems from ten years ago while their competitors use AI and automations that make them faster and harder to beat.

The work is there. The efficiency is not.
